Shipping Policies and Information:

• Shipping on any order under $149 is only $6.85*

• Shipping on knife sharpening returns is $7.25.
• Signature Confirmation is optional and available for $1.95 per order.

Accurate will ship your knives and/or scissors back to you via USPS. Please assure that the post office will deliver to your shipping address.

Insurance: Optional.

Insurance Policy:
Items must not be insured for more than their value. The amount of insurance coverage for loss will be the actual value, less depreciation. No claim payments are made for sentimental losses or for any expenses incurred as a result of the loss. IF YOU DO NOT SELECT INSURANCE, THE CARRIER WE USE AND ACCURATE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR LOST SHIPMENTS.

Signature Confirmation:
This option requires a signature when delivery is made. If no one is available to sign for shipment, you will have to pick up your order. Should you not select this option, you are acknowledging liability if delivery is documented by the carrier but you did not receive shipment.

Lost Shipments:
Shipments are not considered lost until thirty days from mailing. The procedure for filing a lost claim for these shipments is: Notify Accurate after two weeks of your shipment mailing. We will contact our carrier to determine if any information can be obtained about your shipment. If you still have not received your shipment at thirty days Accurate will file a lost claim and paperwork will be sent to you to sign. Once we have the completed signed claim form we can refund or re-ship your order. Accurate will not able to honor claims registered outside the dates stated above. You must contact us within 20 days of being notified your package was shipped.

Packaging:
Please package your knives so as to assure they do not protrude through the packaging during transit. USE ADEQUATE PACKAGING !
