I recently sent my knives in to be sharpened, and
I would like to register a complaint. Since they have
been returned I have knicked my fingers 3 or 4 times
they are so sharp. Seriously, they are wonderfully
sharp and were returned quite quickly. I truly am
very pleased with your service.

I just got back from my hunting trip in Colorado
and the knives you sharpened worked wonderfully!! Thanks
so much. I have shipped them to you again to sharpen
again as my son and I hope to shoot a deer or two each
here in Missouri the weekend of November 12th. I
sent them UPS 3 day Select so they should be there
Friday. I would appreciate it very much if
you could turn those around to me and have them back
by Friday, Nov. 11th. You do wonderful work and I have
told several of my friends and family about your
service.

Thanks for you EXCELLENT workmanship. The Chinese
knife arrived Saturday the 16th, when by coincidence
my son was down from Chicago, where he is a pathologist,
does autopsies and surgery when pressed. He examined
that knife for a full 10 minutes and pronounced it
good enough for surgery and superior for autopsies.
Morbid thoughts, true, but then we're pretty much
into things medical.

Recently I sent you 15 knifes
to be sharpen ranging from pocket knifes to a cleaver.
I asked for a new tip on one and a new heel on another.
I want to express my thanks for the prompt and expert
service I received. All knifes were returned as
if they were new. All of the blades are straight
and sharp. The new tip was as if it never had been
broken. No one could tell that a new heel was put
on the other knife. This was the first time I decided
to have my knives professional sharpen because I
have seen the results of other so called professionals
on my friends knifes. I will now be able to tell
all my friends that I found a real professional
who can do the job. I again want to thank you for
the great job you did.
